Matthew Lucas — Helm

To Whom It May Concern,

Helm was lucky enough to be assigned Terrence Daniels full time as a senior software engineer for the past year from HTC Global. His recent departure was due to budgetary reasons outside of anyone's control. We were forced to reduce staff and had to make tough decisions.

Terrence is a hardworking, intelligent, and highly motivated individual. During the time I directly supervised Terrence, he was always a productive member of the team and always looked to improve his skills whenever possible. Terrence never backed down from a challenge and helped push projects to completion.

As part of Terrence's responsibilities at Helm, they included developing projects in numerous programming languages such as C#, Node.js, and Java. In addition to these, he also worked on complex SQL queries and Angular.js front ends. Terrence was a great person to bounce ideas off and offered solutions to the problems we faced as a team. He will be missed by Helm for sure.
